Aggressive Chi-Terrier mix..?
Hello,
I have a 9 month year old Chi-Terrier female dog. Ever since she was a puppy I have noticed that she becomes very aggressive with other dogs and people she is unfamiliar with. I have taken her to puppy classes, socialized, brought her around other dogs but she continues to be aggressive. Just yesterday I took to a family's home whom she is familiar with and she tried to bite others and a Chi dog. This scares me b/c I fear that she will one day bite someone or a dog. Also, I feel many times that she does this due to fear. She evens backs up a bit when I go to pet her around her head. I need some assistance or advice for my puppy, Chloe. I love this dog and I don't want her to hurt someone....

Slow introductions are good. You might want to use a muzzle. It may look bad but it might help training her to trust other dogs and humans.
