If Percy lasts long enough, I think he'll be the ideal pick for the colts who let Harrison go, and can honestly still use some new speed and talent opposite of Wayne and Gonzales.
Michael crabtree will be top 10, most likely to the Raiders due to the fact that Al Davis will always draft offense first.
Knowshon seems to be an easy pick in San Diego, especially if they can't re-work LT's contract, leaving only Sproles to fill the gap.
I honestly can't see Beanie Wells making it in the first round mainly due to all the need and talent available in the draft for O-line and Defense. If he does go first, I can honestly see the Raven's making a bid at him, seeing as McGhee can't stay healthy for an entire season.
Lesean McCoy would be a high value 2nd rounder, most likely to Cinci or KC
I can see possibly see the Jags grabbing Ringer having just let go of fred taylor, and MJD can be inconsistent at times.
Pat White would be a fantastic addition in Kansas City, if Todd Hayes feels that the team can't rely on Tyler Thigpen for next season, adding his speed would be wonderful as well.
Asher Allen doesn't really suit me as a 1st or 2nd rounder, but could find his way in the 2nd round with the Steelers who have been harvested of defensive talent.
